| Established in 2003, Obviously NY Stable has achieved a great amount of success since its establishment. Obviously NY was able to achieve such success thanks to the stable's first horse, "Metro Meteor," and trainer Linda Rice. In thirteen career starts, Metro Meteor won five races and placed second twice, including a second place finish in the "With Anticipation Stakes" as a two-year old at Saratoga. Stakes winners Canadian Ballet and Mother Russia firmly established the stable's winning tradition. Obviously NY competes primarily on the NYRA circuit, as well as at other tracks throughout the country. Currently, all of Obviously NY's thoroughbreds are in training with Rick Violette.
